To receive this seal, each DLA product must pass a strict review process for design and production specifications and custom concerns analysis. 32 Points of Quality.

First your product must be measured against the quality control production checklist. Our checklist includes items such as shade analysis, margins, contacts, smile lines, occlusions and others based on your specific product needs. Then it must pass the esthetics and patient care audit, answering such questions as: “Has the product been polished, packaged precisely and been delivered according to our delivery commitment?”

If our product doesn’t meet any of our “32 points of quality", it is refined until it meets or in many instances, exceeds expectations.
